At Zyrallexthap, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Equilibrium Core. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund.
This policy complies with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), and applicable European Union consumer protection directives.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, physically receives the goods.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- The product must not have been tampered with, damaged by the customer, or used in any way.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Due to health and hygiene regulations applicable to dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened, unsealed, or used products unless the product is defective or does not match the description.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description on our Website, you are entitled to:
- A full refund, including original shipping costs.
- A replacement product at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and provide a description of the issue along with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs). We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the address we provide.
- Include your order confirmation number inside the package.
Please retain proof of postage (tracking number) until your return has been processed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Right of withdrawal returns: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
- Defective or incorrect products: We will cover all return shipping costs.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Approved refunds: Will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Partial refunds: If the product shows signs of use or damage attributable to the customer, we may issue a partial refund to account for the diminished value.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used (unless defective).
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
- Products not purchased directly from our Website.
10. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian law and EU consumer protection regulations. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights beyond those described in this policy, including rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act regarding defective goods (complaints can be made within a reasonable time, and the absolute deadline is 2 years or 5 years depending on the product’s expected lifespan).
